Clover Engineering and Consulting, PLLC was founded back in 2013, but our owner and operator, Bradford O'Donnell, P.E., has been working in Austin since 2007.
Clover Engineering was founded in order to help local engineering firms operate at maximum capacity. We understand that sometimes firms take on more work than they can efficiently handle, and that can cause delays and unhappy clients. With Clover Engineering, we are here to allow you to hire a fully licensed Texas Professional Engineer to help tackle these extra loads. By hiring an engineer part time, you won’t have to worry about keeping a salaried engineer on staff that isn’t being fully utilized.
